Nine Plus

It's been a short nine months.

It only feels like a quick couple
of months, but the changing
of the seasons keeps telling us
the time.

Three-fourths of a year
have passed and after
a million kisses and thousands
of hours of snuggles, I'm still here.

Hold on tight wherever you see
fit, because it's going to be a long
journey to wherever we are going
but I want you by my side, no matter
what the cost is.

I feel the same for you as I
have for what seems as ages
now...I love you, and will
always love you.
